PTC Industries announced that Plant 2 of the Company situated
at C-5, Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow - 226 008, Uttar Pradesh has been sold. The decision to sell this plant is part of the overall strategic plan of the company and the bulk of operations have been shifted to the existing AMTC plant.
