Punjab National Bank announced that the Central Government has nominated Rajesh Aggarwal, Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services as Govt. Nominee Director on the Board of the Bank in place of Anurag Jain, under clause (b) of sub-section (3) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980 read with sub-clause (1) of clause 3 of the Nationalised Banks (Management & Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980 vide Govt, of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services Notification dated 29 January 2015 with immediate effect and until further orders.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
