R R Financial Consultants announced about the following changes has been made in the directorship of the Company- Due to unfortunate and sudden demise of Raghunandan Prasad on 07 December 2014 has been created. In order to fill up the same casual vacancy, Ritu Prasad will be appointed as Casual director of the Company w.e.f. 07 December 2014 who shall hold the office who shall hold the office till tenure of Raghunandan Prasad i.e. on 31 December 2014 as per the powers governed in Articles of Association & relevant provision as per Companies Act. 2013.
