With effect from 04 March 2015
Radico Khaitan announced that as approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 10 February 2015, Karvy Computershare, Hyderabad has been appointed as the new Registrar and Share transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company in respect of shares held in dematerialized and physical mode.Accordingly, the RTA of the Company stands changed from Mas, New Delhi to Karvy Computershare, Hyderabad with effect from 04 March 2015 and all required formalities with National Securities Depository (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) (CDSL) have been completed.
