Kulkarni as an Additional Director (Independent) of the Company w.e.f. 29 May 2015.Further, the Company has informed that Haresh D. Ramsinghnai has been reappointed as Managing Director of the Company for the further period of Three Years w.e.f. 01 June 2015.
