Raj Rayon Industries in its Board meeting held on 18 March 2014, has accepted resignation of Gourishankar Poddar from the post of Chairman & Managing Director of the Company and from the Allotment Committee (Member).
Further, the Board has appointed Prahlad Jajodia, as Non Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) of the Company.
