With effect from 14 June 2017
Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers announced that the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers vide office order dated 14th June, 2017, has entrusted the additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director of the Company to Shri Suresh Warior, Director (Finance), for a period of three months w.e.f. 14 June 2017 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.Consequent to this, C.M. T. Britto has relinquished the charge of CMD of the Company, w.e.f. 14 June 2017. However, C.M.T. Britto continued to be Director (Technical) of the Company till 30 June 2017 i.e. the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
