With effect from 06 March 2017
Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers announced that Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers vide office order dated 6 March 2017 has appointed Alka Tiwari, Joint Secretary, Department of Fertilizers, as a part time Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Company in place of Dharam Pal, with immediate effect till further orders.Consequent to this, Dharam Pal has ceased to be Government Nominee Director of the Company, w.e.f. 6 March 2017. Further, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers vide office order dated 8 March 2017 has appointed Suryanarayana Simhadri, as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a period of three years from the date of notification of his appointment or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
