Reliance Communications Ltd gained 3.85% today to trade at Rs 0.81. The S&P BSE Telecom index is up 0.58% to quote at 937.86. The index is up 2.89 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Optiemus Infracom Ltd increased 2.77% and Bharti Airtel Ltd added 1.16% on the day. The S&P BSE Telecom index went down 8.21 % over last one year compared to the 6.91% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

On the BSE, 1.03 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 30.51 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 18.6 on 04 Dec 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 0.71 on 26 Sep 2019.
