The Board of the company at its meeting held on 30 May 2022 has approved the appointment of Vishal Dhokar (ACS 25005) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Office (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w. e. f. 31 May 2022, in place of Mr. Ghanashyam M.
