Repco Home Finance announced that pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, the Board at its meeting held on 19 May 2015 allotted 6,175 Equity Shafes of the face value of Rs. 10 each.Subsequent to the allotment of Equity shares as above, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 623,638,220 representing 62,363,822 Equity shares of Rs.10 each.
