Repco Home Finance announced that pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, the Securities Allotment Committee at its meeting held on 25 November 2015 allotted 97,570 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each.Subsequent to the allotment of Equity shares as above, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 62,52,54,320 representing 6,25,25,432 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
