Rubfila International jumps after large bulk deal

Rubfila International gained 6.09% to Rs 52.25 at 12:38 IST on BSE after a bulk deal of 15 lakh shares was executed on the scrip at Rs 50.30 per share at 09:35 IST on BSE today, 15 October 2015.

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 211.54 points, or 0.79%, to 26,991.20

On BSE, so far 17.55 lakh shares were traded in the counter, compared with an average volume of 70,665 shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 54 and low of Rs 48.15 so far during the day. The stock hit a record high of Rs 67.40 on 29 July 2015. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 31 on 5 May 2015.

 

The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 14 October 2015, rising 6.03% compared with 3.57% rise in the Sensex. The scrip had also outperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 7.07% as against Sensex's 4.13% decline.

The small-cap company has an equity capital of Rs 21.61 crore. Face value per share is Rs 5.

Rubfila International reported 28.9% fall in net profit to Rs 2.07 crore on 13.1% fall in total income to Rs 35.74 crore in Q1 June 2015 over Q1 June 2014.

Rubfila International is the largest manufacture of extruded round latex rubber thread.
