With effect from 14 August 2014
Ruby Mills announced the resignation of Dilip J. Thakkar, an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 14 August 2014 in order to comply with provision of Section 165(1) of Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 (II)(B)(2) of Listing Agreement with respect to limitation in maximum number of Directorship in Listed Companies.Further Shaunak J. Thacker, an Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 14 August 2014 in order to comply with provision of Section 149(6)(b)(ii) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 (II)(B)(1)(b)(ii) of the Listing Agreement.
