40% Stake In Joint Venture
The board of Ruchi Soya Industries in its meeting held on 29 April 2013, has approved a joint venture with Kagome, Japan and Mitsui, Japan to manufacture tomato products in India. Ruchi Soya industries will hold 40% stake in the joint venture.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
