Rupee falls a short of dollar

Indian rupee fell a short of demand on (05 November 2013) at 61.84/85 per dollar from custodian banks and weaker local equities, as against its previous close of 61.74/75 on Friday, as dollar gains are expected to be capped due to its broader weakness against most Asian currencies.
