The announcement was made after market hours on Friday, 17 November 2017.Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 7.01 points, or 0.02% to 33,335.79. The S&P BSE Sensex was up 112.20 points, or 0.64% to 17,717.33.

The stock had hit a high of Rs 477 and a low of Rs 450 so far during the day. The stock hit a record high of Rs 707 on 9 May 2017. The stock hit a record low of Rs 425 on 11 August 2017.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till 17 November 2017, rising 1.92% compared with 2.94% rise in the Sensex. The scrip had also underperformed the market in past one quarter, falling 5.72% as against Sensex's 5.77% rise.
