S R K Industries announced that Madhuri A. Gupta, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board w.e.f. 06 October 2015.Further the Company has informed that, CS Ashok C. Patel, Company Secretary of the Company has tendered his resignation and will be effective from 06 October 2015.
