Approved the resignation of Santhanakrishnan Radhika as Additional Director from the Board with effect from 31 March 2015. 2. Re-appointment of Ashish Sushil Jalan as director of the Company. 3. Appointment of Ajay Kumar Dhagat, Additional Director of the Company as Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of 5 years. 4. Appointment of Deepak Jugal Kishore Chowdhary, Non Executive Director of the Company as an Independent Director for a period of 5 years. 5. Appointment of Nandakumar Sundarrman, Non Executive Director of the Company as an Independent Director for a period of 5 years, and 6.
