Saboo Sodium Chloro announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 December 2015, has transacted the following business;- Anjali Kumawat, has been appointed for the post of Company Secretary w.e.f. the end of business hours on 26 December 2015 and accordingly she appoints to be the Compliance Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company simultaneously.
