On preferential basis
Safari Industries (India) has allotted 12,50,000 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 340/- per share (inclusive of premium of Rs. 338/- per share) aggregating to Rs. 42.50 crore on Preferential basis to Malabar India Fund. The Company has allotted 2,50,000 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 340/- per share (inclusive of premium of Rs. 338/- per share) aggregating to Rs. 8.50 crore on Preferential basis to Malabar Value Fund.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 4.15 crore representing 2,07,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 4.45 crore representing 2,22,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
