Salzer Electronics announced that Kantilal Vajeshakar Vakharia, the Non-Executive Director, passed away on 30 April 2016 at Mumbai. Accordingly, Kantilal Vajeshakar Vakharia ceased to be Director on the Board effective 30 April 2016.
