Sat Industries announces change in company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 03 July 2014

Sat Industries announced that Nirav Patel has been designated as Assistant Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer with effect from 03 July 2014. Further, Wilfred D'mmello hitherto working as Compliance Officer will ceased to be so with effect from the said date.
