Scanpoint Geomatics announced that the Company had made an application to Registrar of Companies, Gujarat (RoC) u/s 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 to grant extension of time to hold Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31 March 2016.RoC has approved the application and grated extension of time up to 2 months i.e. up to 30 November 2016. A copy of the said order is enclosed.
