SEAMEC announced that:1. The terms of appointment of Captain C. J. Rodricks as Managing Director expired on 31 December 2014.
The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 22 January 2015 have appointed Captain C. J. Rodricks as Managing Director for a period of 3 years effective from 22 January 2015.
2. Bhavna Doshi, Independent Director has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company vide her letter received by the Company on 09 January 2015. This was taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting dated 22 January 2015.
