Selan Exploration Technology announced that the Compliance Officer of the Company, Deepa Bhalla has resigned w.e.f. 16 July 2014. The Board takes this on record.The Company further informs that Meenu Goswami, Assistant Company Secretary who is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, will henceforth, act as the Compliance Officer.
