Shalini Holdings announced that Shalini Holdings has changed its name due to the change in the Object of the Company. Previously Shalini holdings was dealing with the Shares and then the Company changed its object from dealing in shares to Fabrication and thus Company felt the need to change its name from Shalini Holdings to Alstone Textiles (India).
