Shares of Financial Technologies (India) delist from Ahmedabad Stock Exchange

With effect from 23 December 2014

Financial Technologies (India) announced that effective 23 December 2014, the equity shares of the Company have been delisted from ASE in terms of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulations, 2009 for voluntary delisting.
