To close financial year on 31 March 2016
Sharon Bio-Medicine announced that as per Section 2 (41) of Companies Act 2013, the financial year of a Company must be ended on 31st March every year. In respect of the same, the Company closes its financial year as on 30th June every year and to align with the provisions Section 2 (41) of Companies Act, 2013, The Company want to close its financial year on the coming 31 March 2016 by preparing the Financial Statements for a period of 9 months commencing from 01 July 2015 to 31 March 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
