Sheraton Properties & Finance announced Meenakshi Bhansali has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of Company vide her resignation letter dated 15 March 2016 which has been accepted w.e.f. 21 March 2016; hence she stands ceased as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of Company on the close of working hours on 21.03.2016.Further, in her place, Urvi Sushant Dakua has been appointed as Compliance Officer of Company w.e.f. 22 March 2016.
