With effect from 09 August 2014

Sheraton Properties & Finance announced that Lalitkumar M. Bhansali, Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. 09 August 2014 vide his resignation letter dated 31 July 2014 as submitted to the Company on 05 August 2014.
