Shilchar Technologies announced that Kirtikant P. Shah, Independent Director has vacated his office of director pursuant to the provisions of Section 167(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 01 April 2014. The Company has already intimated the said vacation of office to the office of ROC, Gujarat at Ahmedabad.Accordingly, Kirtikant P. Shah has ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 01 April 2014.
