With effect from 31 August 2015
Shipping Corporation of India announced that the following change in the Board of Directors of the Company:As per the notification dt. 29 July 2015 issued by Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel,. Public Grievances and Pension, Dr(Ms.) T Kumar shall cease to be Special Secretary and Financial Advisor (Ministry of Shipping) w.e.f 31 August 2015 on account of her superannuation.
Consequently, she shall cease to be on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 31 August 2015.
