Sales decline 4.58% to Rs 981.22 crore
Net loss of Shipping Corporation of India reported to Rs 7.02 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against net profit of Rs 101.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 4.58% to Rs 981.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1028.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.For the full year,net profit rose 87.83% to Rs 377.41 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 200.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 1.82% to Rs 4078.28 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 4153.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
