Shiva Medicare announced Karthik Allenkala has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of the Company.The Board of Directors noted the same in their held board meeting and the same was intimated to the exchange on 06 December 2016 Board Meeting outcome.
Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Karthik Allenkala also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
