Shoppers Stop has allotted 4,887 equity shares of Rs.5/- each, at an exercise price of Rs. 362/- per share on account of exercise of vested Employee Stock Options by employees of the Company and its subsidiary under ESOP 2008 Scheme on 26 October 2017.Post allotment of these shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased to 83527452 shares of Rs. 5/- each.
