With Floor Price of Rs 19806.46 per share
The Qualified Institutional Placement Committee of Shree Cement at its meeting held on 19 November 2019 has approved the following:
(i) Authorised the opening of the QIP, today, i.e. on 19 November, 2019;
(ii) Approved and adopted the preliminary placement document dated 19 November, 2019 together with the
application form dated 19 November, 2019, In connection with the QIP; and
(iii) Approved the floor price for the QIP being Rs. 19806.46 per Equity Share based on the pricing formula as
prescribed under Regulation 176(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations (the "Floor Price").
The 'relevant date' for the purpose of the QIP, is 19 November 2019.
