Shree Ganesh Jewellery House (I) announced that resolution passed by circulation pursuant to the provisions contained in Section 175 of the Companies Act, 2013 has been approved by majority of Directors on 28 April 2016 in relation to the appointment of Devender Singh Sodhi as Additional Director (Independent) and Neelam Kaur Bhogal as Additional Director (Independent) w.e.f. 30 April 2016 and Re-constitution of Committees.Further, Pradeep Dhir, Non-Executive and Independent Director and Arvinder Kaur Sodhi Non-Executive and Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company, has resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from 29 April 2016.
