Shri Jagdamba Polymers announced that Nirav Shah has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 30 May 2015 in compliance with the provision of Companies Act, 2013 and listing agreement.Nirav Shah will continue to act as the Compliance Officer of the Company from 23 October 2015.
