Shyam Telecom Inc. stands dissolved effective 22 December 2015
Shyam Telecom announced that a foreign subsidiary of the Company i.e. Shyam Telecom Inc. incorporated under the laws of State of Delaware has been dissolved due to is non viability, regular losses and lack of orders in US markets. The dissolution has been made effective from 22 December 2015.Further the dissolution certificate was received by the Company on 14 March 2016 but the intimation is being made after verifying the authenticity of the certificate.
