SI Capital & Financial Services announced that pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Agreement and the Companies Act 2013, the consent of the Board of Directors of the Company be and is hereby accorded to appoint Mary Rodrigues and Dhanalakshmi as a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company respectively.Mary Rodrigues, has been appointed as a Managing Director for a period of five years with effect from 01 March 2013, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
