The result was announced after market hours on Friday, 6 May 2016.Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 286.48 points, or 1.14%, to 25,514.98.

The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 969 on 29 January 2016. The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 6 May 2016, rising 4.17% compared with 1.32% rise in the Sensex. The scrip had also outperformed the market in past one quarter, rising 13.38% as against Sensex's 2.48% rise.
