For a period of three months
Silver Oak (India) announced that the Company has applied for the extension of AGM of the financial year ending March 31, 2015.The Company has simultaneously filed the required form with the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh after taking approval from the board in the meeting dated 13 September 2015.
For the above said application, ROC, Gwalior has granted permission for extension of AGM on 24 September 2015 for a period of three months.
