Sobha Developers consolidated net profit declined 28% to Rs 69.60 crore on 12.1% growth in net sales to Rs 585.40 crore in Q4 March 2013 over Q4 March 2012. Consolidated net profit rose 5.4% to Rs 217.20 crore on 32.4% growth in net sales to Rs 1860.20 crore in the year ended 31 March 2013 (FY 2013) over the year ended 31 March 2012 (FY 2012).
