Sobha Ltd gained 1.38% today to trade at Rs 545. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is up 0.64% to quote at 2238.28. The index is up 9.65 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd increased 1.18% and Godrej Properties Ltd added 1.09% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 4.65 % over last one year compared to the 14.85% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
Sobha Ltd has added 12.32% over last one month compared to 9.65% gain in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 3.2% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 103 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 17390 shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 553.55 on 27 May 2019. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 380.5 on 10 Oct 2018.
