South India Projects announced Himanshu Maheshwari, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer has resigned from the post of Company Secretary on 26 February 2016 which was presented before the Board, wherein the Board of Director has accepted the resignation and decided to relieve him with immediate effect.Further, the Board of Director has accepted the proposal of appointment of Mohan Reddy Thumma as Compliance officer of the Company in the place Himanshu Maheshwari.
