Southern Petrochemicals Industries Corporation has informed BSE that the Company have received a letter dated 15 November 2017 on 16 November 2017 from Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation enclosing the resignation letter of T.K Arun, their Nominee Director on the Board of SPIC, consequent to his superannuation.
