Speciality Restaurants announced that Tara Sankar Bhattacharya has tendered resignation through his letter dated 07 May 2016 (the "Letter") as (i) an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of Speciality Restaurants Limited (the" Company") and (ii) a member of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee. The Letter was received and acknowledged by the Company on 09 May 2016.In terms of Section 168(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, the resignation is effective from 09 May 2016, being the date on which the Letter was received by the Company.
