Speedage Commercials announced that Mitali Shah has tendered her resignation from the Post of Compliance Officer of the Company which has been accepted with effect from 09 May 2014. Hence she stands ceased as Compliance Officer of the Company from the aforesaid date.Further the Company has informed that, Shailaja Karkera has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 10 May 2014.
