Spel Semiconductor announced that M. A. Chitra was selected by the Company for the position of Company Secretary on 29 July 2015 and she joined in the Organization as Company Secretary on 27 August 2015.After joining, she left for her native place for personal reasons and has subsequently resigned. The Company will hence select another candidate for appointment as Company Secretary at the earliest.
